We’ll look at the most used parts of our body in tango and give them some love! I’ll show you ways to incorporate strengthening and stretching into a daily practice so we can show up for ourselves on and off the dance floor.
This is not an exercise class. We’ll be taking nods from my studies with yoga, pilates, girokinesis and ballet, but I am not teaching these modalities in this class. We are looking for restorative movement together- no prior experience with the above mentioned practices is necessary.
What you’ll need:
- Comfy clothes to move in
- Water
- Yoga mat if you have one (I have extras)
